complete noob question, but im stuck in the RPG mode on Drone Hypno 4 and Latex 2 (with 1 XP to go) and cannot figure out how to raise them. Drone Hypno lost the progress bar with achieving lv4 and Latex doesnt increase with any of the available options

For latex increase, look in the Arousal menu while wearing any latex for hints.
Drone levels above 4 are locked behind the drone suit work project.
